Apple has released iTunes 7.5 with the following release notes:

“iTunes 7.5 features the ability to activate iPhone wherever service is offered and support for Phase, a new interactive music game designed exclusively for iPod nano (third generation), iPod classic, and iPod (fifth generation). QuickTime 7.3: “Updated support for creating iPhone-compatible web content”

Apple has released QuickTime 7.3 in the following editions:

QuickTime 7.3 for Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) [52.6MB]
QuickTime 7.3 for Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) [49.3MB]
QuickTime 7.3 for Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) [51.5MB]

iPhone 1.1.2 firmware update coming soon; will likely close TIFF exploit

iPhones sold for use on the O2 network in the UK — starting November 9th — are reportedly already running software/firmware version 1.1.2, according to T3, which got its hands on an review unit (see the image below, which displays firmware 1.1.2).
