iPod touch software also updated to 1.1.1

In addition to the release of iPhone software/firmware version 1.1.1, Apple has also updated the iPod touch software to version 1.1.1. The update is applied just like the iPhone update — connect iPod touch to your, select iPod touch in the source list and click the Summary tab, then click “Check for Update.”

The iPod touch contains similar feature enhancements and security refinements, obviously minus phone-related functionality changes.
